One piece gown with lovely lace collar. Bust: 32 inches (81 cm). Waist: 29 inches (74 cm). Length: 40 inches (102 cm). When I was a little girl I fell in love with Victorian cage crinolines.

Growing up that love became a passion for beautiful antique fashions, textiles and accessories. That passion has enabled me to bring you some of the finest historic fashions available on the market today. Collecting antique and vintage clothing is kind to the earth and a tangible investment option you can enjoy on a daily basis. Appreciated by all ages and cultures it offers a wonderful connection to history, revealing how people lived. The attention to detail in the construction of these intricate garments and accessories is remarkable.

There is significant value in owning quality antique garments and it is my pleasure to make them available to you. We acquire the highest quality original artifacts and guarantee all of our items to be authentic and as described. Of Sarah Elizabeth Gallery, a global resource for fine quality original historical garments, uniforms and textiles from the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. A large number of her acquisitions have been deaccessioned from important American museums and historical societies such as The Brooklyn Museum of Art, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and The National Heritage Museum. Her high profile client list includes national and international museums and private collectors.

The History Channel filmed Sarah with her collection for an American Pickers Civil War special. Recently rated the number three weekly cable television show, American Pickers has over six million viewers. Sarah Lepardo's experience in the fashion industry began at the age of four when she would accompany her mother on business trips to Manhattans garment district. Her passion for historical clothing began the first time she saw a hoopskirt. Growing up in Gettysburg she immersed herself in history, studying and collecting original garments and Civil War uniforms.

Throughout high school she participated in historical fashion workshops and attended summer classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology. As a guest speaker, Sarah taught high school students about Civil War era womens clothing. Through an understanding of what women wore and why, the students gain insight into the role of women in society. Sarah graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. While attending FIT she studied in France and Italy, meeting with the CEOs, designers and representatives from Gucci, Versace, Missoni and Yves Saint Laurent.

Prior to graduation, she joined David Elizabeth Jewelry where she was responsible for product development and sourcing factories in China. Sarah exhibited at major tradeshows in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York and Tucson. Her experience included working with show management, executing preshow marketing, media kits, display design, product placement and post show follow ups.
