The vase has raised porcelain scalloped design with a raised porcelain scalloped edge.
It is hard to find the blue transfer ware on cream vase. The bottom of the vase is stamped F.
WINKLE & BYRON (in a blue banner) ENGLAND. Winkle vase measures 5 1/8" tall x 4" diameter with a 3" diameter opening and a 2 1/2" diameter base. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing. Amazing for being from the 1800s. The blue floral transfer ware is still bright and pretty.
